Drought-Conscious. No pesticides! No chemicals! No GMOs!
Our farm is in Sunol, CA and our honey comes from our fruit orchard in Sonoma County, CA. We are proud to be part of the Sunol Agpark, an unique collaboration between farmer, ACRCD and SFPUC. We are very grateful to SFwater and SFPUC for their continued support for our little farm.

The three sisters..blue lotus, parijata and keora attar..and a Bulgarian rose otto... in the background, some of my custom blends in my perfume box..formulations from many moons ago..each one a sealed memory..a lusty dream..a secret sadness..each one of them bottled and hidden in a box..lest I forget them...
I have been doing some perfume blending today...haven’t done it in a long time and I dragged out old notes and formulas...this one is an ancient Egyptian perfume with a blue lotus...and myrrh and rose and cinnamon. I had a whiff of it in Egypt and bought a super expensive blue lotus attar from India eventually ...which means it’s base note was a woodsy sandalwood..and it’s not a pure blue lotus ..I think of it and it still makes me want to swoon...i can only retrieve a vague sense memory of the blue lotus...I tried sniffing the attar now and all that remains is the sandalwood with a hint of something. Don’t know if I want to spend money on a blue lotus absolute (well..it’s the beginning of the farm year afterall..)...maybe one day..soon..
Throwback Thursday to the time I was in Egypt...looking for some photos for an article I am writing but couldn’t find the appropriate one...but found some others that brought out all the feels..
